What follows is the agreement between you and G BOPP USA, INC. (EIN 54-2063457), which trades as G BOPP USA, INC. and operates gboppusa.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.

1. Agreeing to this

Browsing the site, buying from it, or asking for our text or email messages all count as accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy. If any part of them does not suit you, the remedy is simply not to use the site, and nothing is owed either way.

2. Minimum age

Nothing here is sold to anybody under 18, and nobody under 18 can be added to the text programme. Placing an order is a statement that you are over that age and can enter into a binding agreement.

3. What we sell, and what it is not

60 days from delivery to change your mind, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge and no explanation required. Contact support@gboppusa.com to open it. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the goods getting back to us.

6. Copyright and trade marks

Everything published here is owned by G BOPP USA, INC. or used under licence. You are welcome to read it, quote it fairly and link to it; you may not reproduce it wholesale, redistribute it or adapt it into another work without our prior written consent.

7. What we are and are not answerable for

G BOPP USA, INC. stands behind the products it sells and will put right what it gets wrong, up to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of New York.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
